To enter this class you will need the following requirements

Nutrition plan

Track your daily food intake as accurately as possible in MyFitnessPal OR follow your nutrition plan as best you can.

Training plan

Stick to the training plan. This means no cutting corners or skipping workouts (including cardio).

Bodyweight control

Record your bodyweight daily and in the same situation (morning, before any food intake).

Scales available

Have access to a digital bodyweight and food scale.
